Services
Four services that run as one system. We build them together because an ad that generates an inquiry nobody calls back is worth nothing.
Service 01
We write the ads, produce the creative, build the audiences, and manage the campaigns inside your Meta ad account. Targeting is set to the ZIP codes your crews cover, not a loose radius around a city.
Included in the build: campaign structure and conversion tracking, three to five ad variations at launch, the landing page or lead form homeowners respond to, and ongoing testing of headlines, images, and offers against cost per booked appointment. You fund the ad spend directly with Meta. We recommend at least $50 per day for the auction to produce steady volume.
Service 02
Speed decides whether an inquiry turns into an appointment. Our AI voice agent calls every new inquiry within one minute of the form being submitted, at any hour, including nights and weekends, and works a fixed script written for your business. You never dial a lead and you never chase one.
The standard questions:
01
Address, and whether the caller owns the home or rents it.
02
Approximate age, the problem they noticed, and whether there is active leaking or storm damage.
03
Whether a claim is involved, and when they can be at the property for an inspection.
A homeowner who clears all three is booked straight onto your calendar on that same call, into a slot you have already made available. Anything that does not clear them is marked disqualified and never reaches your calendar. Every call is recorded and attached to the contact record, so you can listen to any appointment you are invoiced for.
The whole sequence is done for you. From the moment a homeowner submits the form to the moment a confirmed time appears on your calendar, nobody at your company touches it.
Service 03
Each client gets a dedicated CRM account. Nothing is shared between contractors, and nothing is pooled. Inside it you get a pipeline that shows every inquiry from first click through to booked, the full contact and conversation history, call recordings and transcripts, and a calendar qualified homeowners book directly into around your existing schedule.
You get a login on day one. When we invoice a $200 appointment, you can open the record and see exactly which homeowner it was and how they qualified.
Service 04
Booking an appointment is not the same as keeping it. This is the layer that stops booked work from quietly disappearing between the call and the inspection.
The sequence is automated and it runs on its own, but the messages are written to sound like somebody at your shop typed them: short, plain, specific to that homeowner and that appointment. No block capitals, no template that reads like a mass send.
A confirmation that the inquiry came through, sent while the homeowner is still on the page.
The date, the time window, and who is coming out.
A reminder with an easy way to reschedule rather than simply not answer the door.
A short confirmation the homeowner will still be there.
A missed call triggers a text within seconds, then a spaced follow-up sequence, so a homeowner who went quiet gets worked instead of written off.
Every reply lands in your CRM inbox, so a homeowner who answers a reminder with a real question gets a real answer instead of hitting a dead number.
Where a contractor wants marketing messages as well, such as seasonal inspection offers, those go only to homeowners who separately and explicitly agreed to receive them.
Every text program we run follows the same rules: consent is collected before the first message, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, replying STOP ends the messages, and replying HELP returns our contact information. The details are in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
