• With the roofing contractor serving your area. If you request an inspection or estimate, we pass your contact details and the details of your inquiry to the contractor who will perform the work, so they can carry out the appointment.
• With service providers who work for us. Our customer relationship management platform, telephony and messaging providers, hosting provider, calendar and email providers, and payment processor. They act on our instructions.
• Where the law requires it. In response to a lawful request from a government authority, a court order, or a subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
• In a business transfer. If LeadLux is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third party for that party's own marketing.
